Upon arrival at Kigali International Airport Rwanda, you will be received by our representative before setting off for the drive to Uganda’s Bwindi Impenetrable National Park enjoying the views of Rwandan hillsides.

Embark on the Mountain Gorilla Trekking in Bwindi Impenetrable National Park gathering at the assembly point for the respective headquarters at 7:30am for briefing and eventual start of the Gorilla trek. Bwindi is marked with steep slopes and narrow valleys all covered with dense vegetation that has earned it the name – Impenetrable. During the gorilla trek, you explore these amazing landscapes before coming across the Mountain Gorillas noted to be critically endangered world over as they forage, play among other behaviors for a period of one hour. The gorilla trek lasts 2 – 8 hours. From the activity, you slope down to Lake Bunyonyi driving through the scenic Kigezi Highlands famously known as the Switzerland of Africa and spend the evening at leisure. A canoe ride will be undertaken to explore the amazing beauty of Lake Bunyonyi with its 29 Islands.

Morning breakfast and depart at for Amboseli National Park. Enjoy a leisurely drive arriving in time for lunch. Afternoon game drive at 1600hrs in search of wildlife.

Early morning game drive, return to the camp for breakfast, checkout and drive to Namanga – Kenya/Tanzania border. After clearing with immigration officials and change of vehicles, depart for Arusha. Hot lunch will be served at Arusha hotel. After a sumptuous meal proceed to Tarangire national park and head straight for game drives. Tarangire National park (130 km from Arusha) covers an area of 2,600 km squared, between the plains of the Maasai steppe to the south-east, and the lakes of the Great Rift Valley to the north and west. The Northern park is dominated by the perennial Tarangire River which flows to Lake Burungi. Large numbers of elephant herds congregate here, as well as Wildebeest and zebra. Others include impalas, giraffes, gazelles, both greater and lesser Kudu among others.

Early morning breakfast and depart for Ngorongoro with picnic lunch boxes. Descend down the Ngorongoro Crater rim The Ngorongoro Crater is just one part of a larger area of interrelated ecosystems consisting of the crater highlands (to which the Ngorongoro Crater belongs) together with larger stretches of plains bush and woodland. Ngorongoro conservation area covers an area of about 8300 sq km. Near its centre is the Olduvai Gorge where many fossils have been earthed. Ngorongoro Crater is one of Africa’s best known wildlife – viewing areas. The crater is about 20kms wide and it is one of the largest calderas in the world. Within its walls is a variety of animals and vegetation, including grasslands, swamps, forests, salt pans, a fresh water lake and rich wildlife. The wildlife found includes lions, elephants, buffaloes, wildebeests, Thomson’s gazelles, zebra reed bucks. Picnic lunch will be served at the picnic site and later ascend the Crater rim and head to your Serengeti

Serengeti covers an area of 14,763 sq km and is a contiguous of the Masai Mara Game Reserve in Kenya. Serengeti is among the largest National Park in Tanzania and also the most famous National Park in Tanzania.It’s most famous because of the annual migration of wildebeest’s herds in search of better grazing. Serengeti is also famous for its lions, cheetahs, large herds of Zebras, herds of giraffes, Thomson’s and Grant’s gazelles, elands, impalas, warthogs, and also rich in bird life.

Early morning breakfast and depart with picnic lunch for Isebania border. Clear with immigration officials and change of vehicles before proceeding to Maasai Mara.

This is a vast area of grassy plains converging by the meandering Mara River. It is an African Gem and an area rich in culture, tradition, beauty and home to the big five.

It is here that one of the most spectacular phenomena of natural world take place – The great annual wildebeests migration, an occurrence that has been named as one of the seven wonders of the world by a jury of experts polled by ABC TV of the USA.

The great migration involves an estimated 1.3 million wildebeests, 200,000 zebras and a multitude of gazelles escorted by a good number of carnivores. The action takes place between July and October. Arrive late evening.

Morning breakfast and depart with picnic lunch for a full day game drives to the Mara River where hippos and crocodiles reside. Return to the camp late afternoon for leisure. You can also opt for a early morning game drive return to the lodge/ camp for breakfast, morning spend at leisure then afternoon game drive.

Wake up very early for a cup of coffee and then head to Paraa ferry crossing at 7:00am (if you slept in the south) to the northern sector of the Park where game drives are carried out. The possible sights of various wildlife including; elephants, buffalo, Jackson hartebeest, Kobs, lion, leopard, giraffe among other wildlife will leave you with a taste of African savannah wilderness. The activity takes 3 – 4 hours after which you will return to the Paraa ferry crossing at 11:00am to go back to your lodge for relaxation and memory sharing. After your stimulating lunch, gather at the Paraa for an after boat cruise on the Nile at 02:00pm. This boat trip has got captains and guides who have cruised on this waters for years and will be glad to share with every piece of information that you would wish to gather on this trip including any bird species and wildlife both aquatic and land that might present its self. The shoebill stork can be luckily seen on this boat while the great sights of Nile crocodiles – the second largest reptile in the world and the Hippos would make up your trip up to the base of the falls. The boat takes 3 hours after which you will have marked the end of your day’s adventures.

After breakfast depart for Nairobi. Enjoy a leisurely drive with a brief stop-over at the viewpoint to marvel at the scenic beauty of the Great Rift Valley. Lunch will be served at the carnivore restaurant after which you will be transferred to JKIA for your flight home.
