Wildlife in Lake Manyara National Park

You will wake up early morning and have your breakfast your lodge or hotel as you prepare for your journey. Enjoy your pick up by your safari driver guide of the day and start your day trip. Upon you guide’s arrival at your hotel, he will give you a brief introduction about your 1-day Tanzania wildlife safari to Lake Manyara National Park. After the briefing, you will then smoothly drive to Lake Manyara National Park for a distance of about 130km from Arusha for about 2-3 hours.

Upon arrival in the park, you will check in and do a morning game drive as you take photos. Animals you are bound to see during your game drive include, Leopards, Masai lions, cheetahs, elephants, blue monkeys, dik-dik, gazelles, hippopotamus, Masai giraffe, impala, zebras and many more wild animals inhabit this park. There is a hippo pond at one end of the park where you will see and observe them from a safe distance. You will also see the leopards and lions rest in the trees if not hunting for prey.
