Arusha National Park is the closest Tanzanian National Park from the famous Arusha “safari town” as well as the Kilimanjaro International Airport, which makes it ideal for 1 Day Arusha National Park. The park has several wildlife including Colobus Monkeys, velvet monkeys, bushbucks, buffalos, red forest duikers, hippos, elephants, and giraffes. Birdlife, especially waterfowl, is abundant and interesting.

Zebras

After breakfast at your hotel, our professional safari driver guide will meet you and deliver a short safari briefing about your 1 Day Arusha National Park safari and after start your journey to the Arusha National Park which is about 60km from the town driving for about one and a half hours. On arrival to the park, you will feel immersed in nature as you start your morning game drive. In no time you will see several monkeys, you will also come face to face with a zebra as you drive through the wilderness. After a few hours of driving through the park, you will have a lunch break.

Giraffes

After lunch, you will do an afternoon game drive, visiting both the Momela Lakes and the Ngurdoto Crater found in this park. During the game drive, you will see a number of wildlife including; African buffalos, elephants, hippos, giraffe, warthogs, antelopes, zebras, blue monkeys and sometimes a rare leopard or hyena. Later in the afternoon, you will depart for Arusha where you will end your safari adventure. You will be driven back to your hotel or to the airport for your flight.
